Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the things people ask us most. Don't see yours? Text us — a real person replies.

How much are my supplies worth?

It depends on the brand, the expiration date, and the condition of the box, so we don't post one-size-fits-all prices. Text a photo of what you have and you'll get an exact number back, usually the same day. No obligation, and no pressure if you decide against it.

How do you decide the offer?

Four things: the brand, the expiration date, the condition of the box, and current demand. A sealed box with a year or more left, in clean condition, gets the strongest offer. You'll always know the exact amount before you decide anything.

How fast do I get paid?

At the meetup, on the spot — cash or Zelle, whichever you prefer. There's no waiting period, no check in the mail, no “processing.”

Where do we meet?

Somewhere public and convenient for you — a grocery store or pharmacy parking lot, a coffee shop, wherever you're comfortable. Daytime meetups, your choice of spot. We come to you; you never have to ship anything.

What if I only have one or two boxes?

That's fine. No minimum. One box of strips or a single sensor is still worth a text — small lots add up, and you're welcome back anytime you have more.

Do you buy expired supplies?

No — everything we buy must be unexpired. If your boxes are getting close to their date, text us anyway; dates a few months out are often still fine, just at a lower offer.

Do I need a receipt or paperwork?

No receipt, no paperwork. We just look at the boxes themselves: the seal, the label, and the expiration date.

Do you buy from outside the Upstate?

Our home base is Upstate South Carolina and Northeast Georgia, and that's where we can meet in person. A bit outside that area? Text us anyway — depending on where you are, we may still be able to work something out.

Why do you pay cash for these?

Sealed, unexpired supplies have real value. Companies around the country buy surplus supplies and redistribute them at lower prices to people paying out of pocket. We're the local step in that chain — we pay you cash, and your supplies end up with someone who needs them instead of in a landfill.

Are these supplies mine to sell?

If you bought them, then yes — they're your property, and reselling your own property is legal. The one line we never cross: we don't buy anything obtained through Medicare or Medicaid, and we don't buy anything stolen or fraudulently obtained. Medicare and Medicaid boxes usually say so in print, and we'll tell you if we spot one.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your name and number are used only to reply to you and arrange the meetup — never sold, never shared, never added to a mailing list. Photos you send are deleted once you've been quoted, and anything personal that happens to be visible in them stays between you and us.
