The list

What we buy

We buy diabetic supplies that are sealed, unexpired, and retail-labeled — the same boxes you'd see on a pharmacy shelf. If yours check those three boxes, there's a good chance we can make you an offer today.

One thing we can never buy: items obtained through Medicare or Medicaid, or anything stolen or fraudulently obtained.

CGM Sensors

  • Dexcom G7 (15 Day + standard)
  • Dexcom G6 sensors
  • Dexcom G6 transmitter kits
  • Dexcom Stelo
  • FreeStyle Libre 3 & 3 Plus
  • FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus
  • FreeStyle Libre 14 Day
  • FreeStyle Libre readers
  • Medtronic Guardian 4

Condition matters: Sealed, in the original box. The date matters more here than anywhere else — a sensor with seven months left is worth several times the same box with two.

Insulin Pump Supplies

  • Omnipod 5 (G6/G7, Libre, DME)
  • Omnipod Dash
  • Omnipod Classic
  • Omnipod starter kits
  • Tandem AutoSoft & TruSteel sets
  • Tandem t:slim X2 cartridges
  • Tandem Mobi cartridges
  • Medtronic Mio Advance

Condition matters: Full, sealed boxes only. Multi-packs and starter kits carry the strongest offers — a sealed five-pack is worth well more than five loose pods.

Test Strips

  • FreeStyle Lite
  • FreeStyle
  • FreeStyle Precision Neo
  • Accu-Chek Aviva Plus
  • Accu-Chek Guide
  • Accu-Chek SmartView
  • Contour Next

Condition matters: Retail boxes. Both the count and the brand change the number, so send a photo of the front rather than guessing.

Lancets

  • FreeStyle Lancets
  • OneTouch Delica (30g & 33g)
  • Accu-Chek FastClix
  • Accu-Chek SoftClix
  • Microlet

Condition matters: Small on their own, but they add up. Worth sending along with anything else you have.

How offers work

Offers depend on brand, expiration date, and condition — so we don't post one-size-fits-all prices. Text a photo of what you have and you'll get an exact quote, usually the same day.

Exclusions

What we can't buy

A few things are off the table no matter the brand. Not sure where your boxes land? Text us a photo — we're happy to take a look.

  • Opened or unsealed boxes

Once the factory seal is broken we have no way to verify the contents, so we have to pass.

  • Expired product

We can't buy anything past its expiration date — check the printed date before you text us.

  • Medicare or Medicaid boxes

These usually have an orange or green "paid by Medicare/Medicaid" label printed right on the box, and reselling them isn't allowed.

  • Heavily damaged boxes

Small shelf wear is fine. Crushed, water-stained, or torn-open boxes are beyond grading.

Common questions
Do you buy expired supplies?

No — everything we buy must be unexpired. If your boxes are getting close to their date, text us anyway; dates a few months out are often still fine, just at a lower offer.

Why does the expiration date matter?

The longer the shelf life left on a box, the more time it has to reach someone who can use it. That's why a box with a year left earns more than one with three months left.

Do I need a receipt or paperwork?

No receipt, no paperwork. We just look at the boxes themselves: the seal, the label, and the expiration date.
